England: Christian beliefs DO lose out to gay rights
« on: March 02, 2011, 01:08:56 PM »
A Christian couple is denied foster-care for any more children. Their crime?  By believing homosexuality is ‘against God’s laws and morals’.

Quote
The grandparents, Owen and Eunice Johns have already fostered 15 children and were praised by social workers as ‘kind and hospitable people’ who ‘respond sensitively’ to youngsters.

However, the Equality and Human Rights Commission argued against the couple  saying that children risk being ‘infected’ by Christian moral views. The court sided with the HRC and said that there was no discrimination against them as Christians but that their views on sexual morality may be ‘inimical’ – or harmful – to children. In that situation, they ruled: ‘The equality provisions concerning sexual orientation should take precedence.’

Anyone who thinks this isn't the end-game for the secular-left here in America is deluding themselves. They would outlaw Christianity if they could.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

In the blink of an eye.......if not quicker. I've always been amazed at how followers of Jesus Christ can be spit upon while EVERY other religion gets free passes.

Even I'm offended by this crap.
They can shove their 'tolerance' up their asses.

Too many followers of Jesus Christ follow him in the buffet line of choice.  Which is another way of saying they have formed a co-dependent relationship with and become enablers of ... the debil.

They've been working diligently for decades trying to do away with traditional Christian life - all over the world - and the destruction of the nuclear family.  They're indoctrinating our kids through the school system; every time the question of gay "marriage" is asked, the numbers opposed are less and less.

The people who really kill me are the religious ones who believe admitting gays into the marriage fold will allow them to perpetuate their monogamy by seducing them away from their promiscuity and even cut down on the incidence of pedophilia.  I have to laugh; if I don't, I'd scream at their ignorance.

Tolerance is a one-way street.  If you don't accept fully normalizing homosexuality, then you're a hater.
We are so far past and beyond the “long train of abuses and usurpations” that the Colonists and Founders experienced and which necessitated the Revolutionary War that they aren’t even visible in the rear-view mirror.
