The Federal Government is working on making all Utility Systems Personel (Water Treatment Plants, Sewer Plants, etc) get a background check, clearance, etc, etc.

Noramlly I wouldn't blink an eye at it.  I had a secret clearance in the Air Force and have walked my life on the straight and narrow.  But then... there is the problem now isn't it?

What measuring stick do they go by?

According to Obama I'm on the terrorist watch list.

Do you have to admit that you fall under one or more of their red-flag items on their list to find terrorists within out borders?

That's a damn long list. I'm guessing 7/8 of the U.S. would be on it. I'm sure that doesn't deter them, though............
