of Newts primary job as CIC being most prominent.
He and the generals make a plan of attack but by the third day he will,
being an astute observer, decide that there is a better tactic. So the
generals follow orders and pivot for the CIC. Three days later, after much
consideration, he decides there is a superior tactic.
