He could have made his list include 4, and not punked out to the panel when they feigned shock at their beloved EPA getting axed!

"Rebuild the EPA" is Part of Perry's enumerated plan.  He didn't punk,
that was his rebut to SF Harwood when he asked "do you really want to
eliminate the EPA"?  SF Harwood didn't want to pursue it because he
would have been stepping into Perry's skill set and the moderators were
burned every time they personally engaged a participant.

All night the smartest money people at CNBC were consistently schooled in
economics by each participant they challenged.

Oh yeah!  I bet Perry can accurately tell us how many states there are and not go totally catatonic without a teleprompter!!!  If I had a nickel for everytime that POS mumbled and "ummed"...well, I'd have a sh*tload of nickels!!!

For Gods sake the forgot the damned energy dept and he's governor of an oil state.

Perry's solution ... To Self-Deprecate ... Not Self-Defecate !

Being for a "rebuild" vs a "wipe out" just plays into the Left's hands...you and I both know a lot of people, maybe not us, but a lot of people watching that saw a MFMer get a Repub candidate for POTUS to back down on eliminating the EPA, period.  They are giggling and chortling and slapping each other on the back over that victory.
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

That may be what they are thinking and that's well and good.
I'm thinking that in order that in order to rebuild something
one must first take it apart.  The experts and advisers he will
enlist to oversee the rebuilding will not come from the
NE corridor.

Although he may request input of engineers, geologists, and field agronomists from selected states.
