Posted by The Right Scoop on Nov 13, 2011 in Politics | 237 Comments

I’ve got two polls for you today. The first one is our typical ‘who won the debate’ poll. If you haven’t watched the debate, please do so here and then vote below for who you felt won the debate:

Newt Gingrich  47.33%  (673 votes)

Herman Cain  30.87%  (439 votes)

Rick Perry  12.59%  (179 votes)

Mitt Romney  3.38%  (48 votes)

Michele Bachmann  2.74%  (39 votes)

Rick Santorum  1.9%  (27 votes)

Jon Huntsman  1.2%  (17 votes)

Total Votes: 1,422

he second one is our typical 2012 poll. Given everything up to now, the debates, speeches, scandals, etc., if you had to vote today who would be your pick to be Commander-in-Chief, or President of the United States?

Thank you for voting!

Herman Cain  44.91%  (556 votes)

Newt Gingrich  34.81%  (431 votes)

Rick Perry  11.71%  (145 votes)

Mitt Romney  3.8%  (47 votes)

Michele Bachmann  2.5%  (31 votes)

Jon Huntsman  1.37%  (17 votes)

Rick Santorum  0.89%  (11 votes)

Total Votes: 1,238

I could live with a Cain/Gingrich team.

I would be refreshing to have a Veep on the ticket for his ideas rather than as a place holder designed to target some preceived voting block.

It looks like a 2 horse race in that snapshot, but remember, real votes haven't been cast yet...and Ruling Class meddling and MFM meddling continues...as does Romney's big pile of cash!  It's a long way home...
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

This was a very important statement at the debate,
@ about:50 and the closing statement.
which, of course, is overlooked by the media.

Link - CBS News asked Rick Perry about Pakistan. Perry responded that Pakistan is not being controlled by its political leaders, but rather by its secret police and military. Likewise, Pakistan should not get foreign aid unless it can show it is our friend and right now it looks to be anything but our friend.
