Shep Smith Death Watch?
« on: November 21, 2011, 06:56:51 PM »
I hadn't watched Shep Smith for a very long time but I was forced to watch this week at my in-laws. He is taking on a bit of a "skeletal" look.

AIDS?

Meth and/or cocaine use?

I can't find a recent image on Google but looking at him on FNC tonight and comparing it to the pics that are on net...the contrast is startling.

In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

Shep doesn't exactly have a monogamous relationship with the truth. Worse yet, ye doesn't seem to care if it is known.

My opinion of him deteriorated during all of the Katrina coverage. He's just another journalistic hack.

It seemed to happen over night.
Consensus around here is that he is
either sick or, my opinion, he had
too much liposuction before the tuck.

I was thinking the exact same thing a few weeks back. The guy doesn't look right. I don't think the normal course of aging can account for it. Hope he's not dying.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

That was worth the cost of a new keyboard!
