SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Nearly 1 million undocumented immigrants could live and work openly in California with little or no fear of deportation under an initiative unveiled Friday by a state legislator and others.

I'll delete my post on this and add my comments to our thread -

I expect it is too much to expect the socialist bastards in Holder's racist DoJ to challenge this bullsh*ttery if California is insane enough to enact it, so in that eventuallity it will be up to the other states to challenge it in the courts, and let the arguments over standing commence.

This (illegal immigration) is a fight that cannot be won in California.

The real fight is going to be preventing the Federal government from bailing CA out from the mess it has created for itself. They have been going full bore with virulent moonbattery there because there has always been the underlying assumption that there is an endless supply of OPM to keep the machinery oiled.

Sometimes I look at the insurmountable challenges this civilization has created for itself and am heartened by the fact that it's not really going to be up to us to stop it. Reality is going to stop it. Our entire economic, political, and social frameworks are flying in the face of reality and they will be brought to an end.

This will make you want to scream.

Quote
    Over a year ago, SWA reported on an illegal alien felon in Los Angeles – Alfredo Garcia – who had been filing hundreds of mostly-frivolous Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lawsuits against California companies – using our own legal system to enrich himself despite his illegal status.

    Incredibly, not only has he still not been deported – despite wide media attention – but he has filed hundreds of additional phony lawsuits, left free by our insane legal system to wreak havoc on SoCal businesses.

    Crack dealer, car thief, Social Security fraudster, ILLEGAL ALIEN. Yet Garcia has raked in $166,000 (TAX FREE) suing hundreds of small business owners under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Garcia, who became paralyzed after getting drunk and falling out of an avocado tree, goes around all day – every day – looking for the most minor violations of the ADA (or just filing false claims) in order to extort cash. And since Garcia claims poverty on each and every case filing – the courts waive his fee – making the taxpayers foot the bill for his outrageous fraud.

       How does an illegal alien felon even have standing to sue American citizens? Why was he never deported? God only knows. It is just another story of madness in a nation which has totally lost its mind on illegal immigration. No other nation on Earth would ever put up with this.

 ::bashing::

Why? Why? Why?

Does no one know how to apply critical thinking?

Instead of even giving him the time of day a judge should've had him arrested and deported the second he appeared in court.
