Regardless of the outcome of the election, we're going to all learn some lessons.
I suspect they're not going to be pleasant

On other places I visit, I preface predictions with the following statement.
I don't know if these are the End Times or not. So my "predictions" are based on it not"

I see things falling apart soon regardless of who is prez.
The outcome of that is more likely to be a total domination and removal of our freedoms and liberties

BTW, I used to consider myself an optimist

I became a realist at an early enough age...some people may judge that as pessimism or cynicism...whatever...I can be optimistic about myself and what I want to accomplish etc...but if someone sprinkles candy on a turd and places it under my nose and expects an answer different from "get that stinkin' POS away from me" then their problem is much much more severe than anything they think I have!

  I just got back from my neighbors hose one of whom voted Obama and the comment I got was that they will vote for a potted plant befor Obama and can't wait to do it.

Add me to that list. If there's not a conservative on the GOP ticket come next November, I'll vote for another party that comes closer to my beliefs and values.

I didn't get us into this mess and my vote isn't going to get us out of it.  BUT my vote or lack thereof will be part of the accounting I will have to make at the end of my life.  I won't vote for the lesser of two evils.
