National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed on Tuesday
« on: December 09, 2011, 01:19:05 AM »
The U.S. Senate passed Tuesday the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Any U.S. Citizen suspected in taking part in any "terrorist" activity can now be held indefinately without a court trial or brought up on any charges.

The Lemmings of course think this is great.  But those of us that are awake know that the current tyrant (dictator) calls us terrorists.  We read the Bible, we pray, we talk in public about the U.S. Constitution, we have a political bumper sticker, we have or have in the past been a member of the National Rifle Association, etc.  Our government has put out check lists which include all of the above that they use to categorize domestic threats and 'home grown terrorists' developing. (Listen to the video below starting at 12:30 if you do nothing else... he actually lists some of these things... having extra food, having extra ammunition, etc....)

We're not even a full step away yet at being termed terrorists.  All it takes is one incident for O'Bummer to declare martial law and that's when we are all officially terrorists.

Watch Rand Paul on the Floor of the Senate speaking on this:

Rand Paul on "Indefinite Detention" Provision of Defense Authorization Act : 11/29/11

Anyone want to re-think their disbelief in the FEMA camps now?

According to my source:  "unless President Obama vetoes the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed on Tuesday."

Sounds like it went through the House already.

It's going back to the House according to  this.
You're right, if it is signed into law, folks are
one step from the trains.

Legislation passed by the Senate this week and headed for the House – and a possible presidential veto – could allow the US military to detain American citizens indefinitely.

Them saying the prez doesn't like the provision is what
they would say given that they are inveterate liars.

The systematic dismantling of our Republic is nearly complete. Probable cause, warrants, habeas corpus, posse comitatus, all of these ideas were so fundamental to the new Republic our founders created. And every single one of these things is being negated in stunning and undisguised circumvention of the Constitution.

Unless of course you are breaking international laws by sneaking into the Country and stealing jobs and raping women and killing police officers.  You also get all the original protections if you are violent and are planning for the destruction of the capitalist system.
There are many cases where you are carefully protected still.

A detailed explanation from Volokh, courtesy of Havoc.

What it boils down to, thanks to Dianne Feinstein's amendment, is that the cut and dried has been eliminated in two of three possible scenarios, leaving it to the courts to decide.

Trains are so 1940s.  No, now they will just relase a superbug coded to your DNA and kill you that way.  Much easier and it kills  at least 1/2 of everyone with that particular genetic trait.  You go to get treated, they put you to death at the "medical facility" - oops, he came too late. With that you can probably push deahs to 3/4s..  Do the right kind of disease and you can scar the remainiing  people who don't die so that you are easily identifyable as an undesireable later.  And that is assuming they will target certain indivduals.  I suspect they are willing to just let whole areas die out - relase a known pathogen and just deny the area food, water and other supplies till everyone is dead.

And yes, there is some degree of evidence that suggests Liberalism is genetic.

We are beginning to realize we are in a situation that is in some ways actually worse than a tyranny that simply dispenses with elected representatives. We have no representation, yet we have representatives. To me, the theatrics of pretending we still have representative government is actually more dangerous than outright tyranny, because it means questions like yours can always be answered with a "but we still have elections!"

As much as it bothers me, I cannot come up with one single argument against your summation.  It makes me want to stomp on the boiling frogs so that they no longer endanger the rest of us with their terminal ignorance.

The congress-critters are still busy crafting the final blow to our Bill of Rights...anybody voting for this monstrosity is a traitor and will be treated as such in any proceeding convened by Free American's!
