Gonna be hard differentiating between natural and enhanced...I'd be glad to volunteer for a field assignment.
If yer 5'4", 115 lbs and yer boobs stick out so far you can't keep yer balance....they're fake.
Odds are under those circumstances they're fake. But I'm here to tell ya... the mom across the street... She's gotta be in that 110-120 Lb range. 3 kids, oldest about 14, youngest about 6 - so she's not breastfeeding. She had the two youngest since we've been neighbors, and her baby weight comes off in about 6 months.
You can tell by looking when they're real. These are real, without a doubt. They look like they cause her quite a bit of discomfort on her small frame. Whenever she's standing still, her hands are on her lower back for support. Her bra is so heavy-duty it looks like it's made of titanium and canvas. She doesn't flaunt them at all - wears baggy shirts, always wears a bra, etc. - and they're still a thing to behold - a force of nature. It's so impossible not to gawk that my wife just tells me when she's outside so I can look guilt-free.
