Army & Marine Corps to be hardest hit...the latter no doubt because Stymie still cannot pronounce the word "Corps" correctly...SCoaMF!

Kiss a simultaneous two front ground war idea goodbye, that is DOA under the Stymie plan...it is a pipedream made to make Pentagon downsizing more palatable to the few hawks on the Dem side and the more numerous Rino's on the Repub side...
