It sounds to me like the cops have withdrawn, and it's full riot mode now.  This will not end good.  I predict there will be no vote, due to potential violence, and that this kind of behavior will spread.

I was just watching the livestream from the statehouse and Jesse Jackson was speaking. Tossing out the usual stuff like "Selma" What a tired old retread this guy is.

And then there were the chants, "People united, can never be divided!" Morons.

Fortunately you can't get smells through a livestream.
