I got 27/30 - three questions wrong: #s 22,23, and 28.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I got 22, 28, and 30 wrong.  Several others were lucky guesses.  Who cares where ex-Presidents were born (as long as they were US States)?

Number 14 was a trick question:  How many states are there?

My pResident told me 57 and he wouldn't lie, would he?

27/30

23,
24,
30

Yeah, and the 'how many branches of government?' was another
one of those joke questions.

How many branches under the heel of a tyrant?   Ø

25/30.  I missed all the Amendments questions, plus the impeachment one.  Yes, I was always a lazy scholar.  Embarrassing.

I missed #22 . I think the amendment most familiar to Congress is the 5th . So many of them end up having to use it .

Most of the Amendment questions about numbers got me.  And the Ike/TX one did too.

I'm hangin' my head in shame!

I guessed the Ike/Texas question and got it right. I knew Bush wasn't born there, and I was fairly sure the others weren't and that left Eisenhower by default.

Tangential birth facts:
Romney's great grandfather moved to Mexico.
Romney's grandfather and father, George Romney,
                                   were born in Mexico.
