Regradless of if the above is Fact or Fiction, the buying profile of a pepper is huge. It will be required to make sure that they don't/can't find the food you have prepped. You ARE on a list somewhere of likely suspects for the Feds to loot/arrest.  One site suggested that one person in the group should be doing pruchasing, and that person SHOULD NOT be the one associated with the prep property.   A Luxury I can't say I have. Use cash for purchases whenever possible.
