Sick.  Our Founders would be appalled at such a prohibition.

If I were this county commission, or anybody, I would do it anyway, tell the court to go bleep themselves!

So "free exercise" runs up against the imaginary "wall of separation" and the misapplied "incorporation" found in the 14th Amendment, and "free exercise" is the loser.

Free exercise is the ONLY thing in this dispute that is actually IN the constitution. I want to shoot.

It's all about freedom from religion, not freedom of religion...the PTB's want a God-free nation, when we were colonized and Founded as anything but!
