My daughter found this at Richocet

Just wondering if anyone was familiar with it.

It uses Google but doesn't collect IP addresses.

I don't know, but it does look similar as well.  The quote I posted about ixquick came from your link; startingpage wasn't mentioned that I saw.

I'm curious to see what everyone thinks about it.  I put in search terms I used in Bing yesterday and came up with the same results with this one today.

Clicking on the "About" links on all three reveal the same info, do not collect IP's!

I've been using Startpage for about six months now. One warning: don't lull yourself into the mistaken belief that you've completely jettisoned Gargoyle.com. Startpage's advanced search utilizes gargoyles engine.

I've only used it a few times now but seams to be fast enough for me and no info...............Bonus ::beertoast::
