It looks like they stuffed just enough ballot boxes to make Rootin Tootin Putin's "victory" look legitimate . It reminds me of Joe Kennedy using his political influence in Chicago and all of his millions in the 1960 election . He fumed one day over the size of the pay-offs , grumbling ; " I'll be damned if I'm paying for a landslide ! "
