I commented on the ObamaCare thread in the Judicial area how this OMB idiot just admited that the fine is not a tax, thus undercutting the Regime's characterization of this element of ObamaCare and the rationale they and the libtards on the Hill used to deem it "constitutional", so thanks dude.
