Notice how the biggest factor is Medicare/caid? Demographics. They have to take over health care to justify the rationing  that will kill the elderly (palative care)  Hitler used his power over the system for the same purpose.

And funny how the most liberal states seems to be drawing the most on unemployment ( and funds in general)

And yes, the hurricane of the  indifference of relaity  to the liberals feelings is fast approaching.  Dont howl at it. Cheer it on.
Even now Californis has been forced to start pruning as they dont have a printing press.

Steyn always distills things down perfectly. He is my favorite commentator. One of the comments on the article you linked did a fine job of distilling in its own right:

The willful, wicked, ignorance and denial of the plain text meaning of the Constitution on the part of the majority of the sovereign of this nation, We the People, has been going on for decades. It should be patently obvious to anyone with the wit to understand simple English that vast swathes of the current Federal bureaucrazy, including all of 'Obamacare', is grossly unConstitutional, including such sacred cows as SocSec, Medicare, EPA, OSHA, and many many more. But we are a wicked and lazy sovereign, and we just don't care, as witness Miss Patrick's evil (yes, that's right, evil) comment, coming from someone who clearly has the wit to be held responsible for a sober understanding of the Constitution, but who just as clearly Does Not Care. This does not end well.

Miss {Danica} Patrick, a practicing Catholic, gave the perfect citizen's response for the Age of Obama:

"I leave it up to the government to make good decisions for Americans."

Obviously, the quick reflexes necessary for left-track driving do not extend to her wits.

Poor Danica, got caught in a wreck at Daytona tonight in the 2nd lap, I guess government wasn't there to help her make a good decision.
