For Easter brunch.

Although requiring some work, these are kind of cute .. and I love egg salad.  WITH NO CRUNCHY STUFF in it.

Heh, kinda cute.  I'm going to show it to the kids.  They like to have tea parties (as in drinking tea and eating little sandwiches).

(No crunchy egg salad in this house either)
