Hovering in the 2.90- 3.00 range.....We have a gas war right now between Kroger and Speedway.

Interesting...

And this!  - "Federal and state taxes at every step of the gasoline-making progress make the pain at the pump even worse. The US government already takes more than 60% of the divisible income from every barrel of oil produced… and another 50 cents per gallon at the pump."

 ::gaah::

Been barking in the wind over this and needless regulation for decades!  Get rid of that and the subsidies could vanish as well!

Hold on to your wallets.  $2.799 gas is coming to an end, fast.  My prediction for the Twin Cities SuperAmerica led Christmas gouge, $3.299.

Barring refinery issues or crude disruption it would be gouging, the ObamaEconomy being what is it...there is no growth to drive demand.

The next excuse will be;  the northern area needs fuel oil to heat their homes so there is a shortage of gasoline production, so thereby the price 'has' to go up to meet the needs.

That comes from page 37 of the "How to gouge and screw the American Pupil" of the oil barons manual.   ::pullhair::

Looks like $3.099 is the official SuperAmerica declared gouge mark.

Merry Christmas, from Super America.

Saw it for $2.919 today in South Carolina.  First time I've seen gas under $3 in I don't know how long.

$3.23 here, up 20 cents today.  Ice storm on the way, generator gas needed.  Ours runs on natural gas.

Speedway and SuperAmerica are the same company.  That's why Chicago plays the gouge game, every week also, just like the Twin Cities.

Wholesale up 30c now, in just a few days.  I still say $3.299 will be the gouge mark, sometime today or tomorrow.

Chicago is usually +20 over Minnesota, because you guys apply the sales tax to gas.
