Palin: unfit to govern
« on: March 14, 2011, 11:33:45 AM »

Atlantic Article
Quote
A lot of high-powered conservatives must agree with this assessment [that she is a viable non-traditional candidate], because they're expending an awful lot of energy urgently insisting that a Palin candidacy would be terrible for the movement. The latest example of Palin-bashing comes this morning in  Politico, which has arrayed a murderer's row of conservative intellectuals, from George Will to Charles Krauthammer to Pete Wehner to, um, Matt Labash* to scold and correct anyone who might harbor the heretical view that Palin has a right to seek her party's nomination and might in fact bring energy and enthusiasm to what is shaping up as a torpid GOP field.

Politico has it:
Quote
Palin is Becoming Al Sharpton
Sarah Palin has played the sexism card, accusing critics of chauvinism against a strong woman. She has played the class card, dismissing the Bush family as “blue bloods” and complaining that she is the target of snobbery by people who dislike her simply because she is “not so hoity-toity.”

Most famously, she has played the victim card —

Give 'em hell Sarah

Another Palin hit-piece, fer crissake.

They really are defecating in their tighty-whities about her running, aren't they?

I like Sarah.
She has more balls than the whole RINO crop combined.

Definitely polarizing which may not be a bad thing.

I do have some issues with her and some that she has chosen to support.
Some RINOs over conservatives.
She's weak on illegal immigration and a little NeoConish on foreign entanglements

In the end, I would vote for her since she is better than most.

I'm almost to the point where I'd support her as a third-party run if the GOP nominee is a POS. Cain't stands it no more.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Yeah.

Politico.

RINO's.

Ruling Class.

Rovian's.

Proglodytes.

I really give a flying fornication what they all think!

The next nominee better be our nominee or all hell will break loose!  I guarantee it!

Sarah, as always, is very good at getting all of our enemies to identify themselves!

Update:
Mika Brzezinski Predicts Roger Ailes Will Dump Sarah Palin From Fox News
The Morning Joe crew reacted to the report of an alleged rift between Roger Ailes and Sarah Palin , and co-host Mika Brzezinski already predicted Palin might not have a long career ahead of her at Fox News . Yet co-host Joe Scarborough doubted 'Roger is staying awake at night because Sarah Palin destroyed her political career.

Jeez, they never give up - must be some of that "hope 'n' change" at work.  First it was Beck - FAIL - now Palin.

Update 2:

Below is Stacy McCain's response to Judd Gregg's negative comments about ...1...2...3... Sarah Palin.

[blockquote]For crying out loud, Republicans, stop doing this!

In what alternative universe does it make sense for prominent Republicans and conservative pundit to publicly declare that the GOP’s 2008 vice-presidential candidate — clearly one of the favorites of the party’s grassroots — is a guaranteed hopeless loser in 2012?

Who does that help, besides Obama?[/blockquote]

The entire Left as well as the Republican Party elite are still scared to death of her.

With good reason.
We are so far past and beyond the “long train of abuses and usurpations” that the Colonists and Founders experienced and which necessitated the Revolutionary War that they aren’t even visible in the rear-view mirror.
