You know Harry Reid won't submit squat! He's 100% in favor of more spending, but he'll let the House fight it out and blame the Repub's anyway, and that know-nothing in the WH will go that route too. But Pelosi did us a favor by exposing their desires, let them try to change the subject during the election, this albatross should be hung around all their necks, along with the dismal record of Duh Wun!
