There were unsubstantiated claims by a migrant worker, Jorge Chino, in the White House kitchen that the meat substitute was in fact, ground dog but the worker was quickly promoted to ambassador of Guatemala for his outstanding work ethic in the White House kitchen. His duties have taken him out of the country and he was therefore, unavailable for comment.

I know from conversations I've had with people who only pay attention to politics on the periphery that this "Julia" thing has grown legs beyond wonk-world, and people don't like the implications one bit.
