The conclusions are clear...spending and massive entitlement reform (eliminations & reductions!) is mandatory and no amount of taxation/confiscation can save us.  Some of the more moonbatty libertarians at ZH take umbrage with Heritage, but that does not make their evidence and conclusions wrong, now does it?  And if we slash tax rates for all and eliminate at the wholesale level all the industry-killing/job-killing regulations and allow real tangible stimuli's to do its magic we could indeed right this ship.

But, as always, the decisions are in hands of our feckless and cowardly political leaders...so, well, draw your own conclusions as to our likelihood of survival, y'all know my opinion...but the evidence and direction needed are obvious...the will to do so is...?
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

Seemingly non-existent.
