Earth Hour: A Dissent

Quote
celebrates ignorance, poverty and backwardness.

I'm ignoraant , backward and possess a poverty of sympathy for the "greenies" . I had the T.V. , radio , lights on and a nice fire in my gas logs ! It was a very comforting evening .

To help it along I have an old style rear projection 55 inch that gets fired up the second I get up and doesn't get shut down till I go to bed. Along with that I have speakers that go through a streo set up that are on with it so I can hear FOX when I'm outside doing what ever.

Hell last months light bill was near 400.bucks and it's not real hot here yet.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
