Sure...but they are despotic power-mad sociopaths...they've trampled the shyt out of separation of powers, trampled the shyt out of the limits on the federal government...they've destroyed the soul of the 1st Amendment and are waging their next illegal war on the 2nd...they are destroying our heritage, our history...and Founding Principles...they are warring against it and all of us!

Dang, I remember 4,5,11 I think...then added 2(PBS)...then added some funky 12 or something...local stuff...then a long long wait and more oddballs in VHF but even more oddballs in UHF that you had to go futzing with the circle antenna to get it to come in and was always weaker, wavier...

Had to get off your ass to change the channel...fighting (literal wrestling on floor) with siblings over the channel...damn things weighed a ton too...and "color" when we got it (I dunno, 70's sometime?) was not all that great...not compared to now with high-def and all...but it was like a big deal..

Didn't mind B&W for years...heck I'd watch sports on B&W in the garage, no big deal...

Too bad media became an enemy too...otherwise we'd be getting legit warnings when batshyt crazy stuff happens...like...



(sigh)

An era when people still nominally gave a flying frack...
