H/T: Legal Insurrection

How's this for irony? The rule in the WI senate, Rule 93, that allowed the Republican majority to vote on the collective bargaining restrictions in the face of childish fleebagger tactics was, in fact, written by two of the 14 truants. They wrote the rule in 1983.

Yes, 1983. That's another part of our problem: two of the state senators who wrote the rule are still in public office nearly 30 years later.

There's little quite as nauseating as parasites who've managed to make a literal career out of elected office. The only thing more nauseating is the fact that people keep re-electing them.

Maybe nobody else wanted the job.

Maybe they have an inferiority complex and this is the only way that they can feel self worth.

Maybe their constituents are morons.
In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

I'll take "Constituents Are Morons" for a thousand, Alex . . .

are outnumbered by those who vote for a living.

The big problem there is they breed.
