That site is now a pay site to access manuals.  Low price of $12/year.  He encountered a lot of foreign traffic (ISIS) early last year and had to make it more secure. For your $12 you will get a user ID and a Password and Chris (the guy running it now, Steve has passed) is real fast at responding to your requests.  Contact him via email first (he responds very quickly) and he will send you all the info you need to get access.

That is probably a smart thing to do, thanks for the update Ben.  IIRC I think I squirreled one or two to my harddrive pre-subscription, but for anything new...$12 ain't bad.  Sorry to hear about Steve, glad somebody is carrying on with it.
