If it wasn't that, it would be "crossed the center line".  They use that one all the time.  No one can prove otherwise, and their word always trumps yours.

Yeah, center line/fog line...whatever they feel like.

You can drive a truck through probable cause...

We just had that deal recently where they pulled everyone over and cuffed them looking for fugitives!  Where's probable cause there?  Everybody is guilty of harboring fugitives unless proven otherwise?
