All of those fanciful depictions tend to have in common the idea that the future will be clean and perfectly ordered. It betrays the fundamental trait of progressives, their obsession with perfecting Man. They have filled mass graves in pursuit of this perfection, and will continue to try.
In their arrogant dismissal of God, they believe they can create a Heaven right here on Earth. But they only succeed in condemning millions to a Hell on Earth.
