Umm...don't we have a law against providing unfreindly nations any type of sensitive technology that could be used for military purposes?  Nothing repealed as far as I know, and certainly no news (MFM! Gag!) from The Regime that they signed off on a waiver!  The latter I believe goes through Foggy Bottom...Hillary.

Its called ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and Slick Willie Clinton forced Hughes Aerospace to sell satellite components to China and then turned around later and claimed they violated the ITAR regs and slapped a heavy fine and major ethics compliance rules on them.  Nearly bankrupted the company.  they lost so much revenue because of it they became attractive to takeovers which Boeing eventually did.
