Did you really think she was? You are right that Ann and I are a lot alike - when she says she is sincere about something, she probably is. I drew a different point in the sand- I will not fillout the form  nor comply with any "tax" under Obamacare.  Even though  there is no provision for enforcing that tax, I fully expect the IRS will start to confiscate tax dollars from the next years taxes, and at that point I will probably  find myself in the same boat Ann is in now.  Providing the IRS still exists in any meaningful form by then.
