What a bastard!  This was specifically set aside to produce energy resources for our domestic needs!  Once again Congress is told to STFD and STFU and nobody is taking this Regime to court?  Alaska should tell companies to drill away and leave the Fed's to them, they want a showdown, go for it!

I find it ironic that according to Salazar, this "proposal will expand “safe and responsible oil and gas development" ... ".

Let's see:  shrinking the possible drilling area by more than 23 million acres will expand development?  More Newspeak.

The clock's ticking.  Best thing he can do is run totally amuck so that
all of the electorate is so retching fed up with his misdeeds that they
will welcome Romney wiping the slate regardless what the MSM says.
