UN once again condemns Canada
« on: October 11, 2012, 08:19:19 AM »
The United Nation, once again has condemned Canada for our catch and release program for 'young offenders'   apparently, for our habit of jailing youths (under 18 years) to jail for crimes such as murder, rape, felony assault, to such extended terms in jail such as two (2) years, its been determined that its an abuse of human rights.  Canada's conservative Justice Minister, responded by say, " Bite it you pinko B@stards"..  B. Obama was unavailable for comment.       ::gaah::

John Florida, about 4 months ago, one of these UN twits showed up in Canada, whining about food security, and used the example of our native indians, having an obesity problem.   There is a real concerted effort going on right now to get Canada to leave that cesspool called the UN.a few more idiotic stunts like this will fas track that agenda..

We need linkies for full effect here!

UN review finds Canada falling short on child rights

Quote
The report also wants Canada to:

Adopt a national strategy to implement children's rights, alleviate poverty and prevent violence.
Address high levels of violence against aboriginal women and girls.
Ensure child victims of violence have access to restraining orders and other means of protection.
Help troubled parents take better care of their children instead of sending them into foster care.
Ensure disabled children are not forced into segregated schooling.
Monitor the use of drugs to treat mental conditions in children, to curtail over-medication.
Eliminate user fees in public schools.
Increase the availability of free or affordable daycare.
   Rehabilitate Omar Khadr.
    Stop detaining child refugee claimants.
Act to prevent obesity among children.

Kind of odd violence against women is a part of Indian culture in Nunavut, apparently, and not a part of Muslim culture in Toronto.

I lived in Canada in my youth and never thought I would see Canada Taking the lead in what the U.S. should have done years ago. Good on you and good on Harper the first good leadr Canada has had in decades.I see the U.N. as a body of vagrants and need to be shipped off to where ever the hell in the turd world that would accept them.

Did the UN have anything to say about the rights of the 14 year old girl in Pakistan who was executed for demanding education for female? If it did, I haven't heard.

Look, the UN is such a polluted, illegitimate body. The case could be made by some brave President that we ought to either abandon it entirely, or at the very least, use it as a bludgeon against true human rights violators, forcing the world to face the realities of the evil that sits in that chamber.

Short of that brave President, I'd take a brave neighbor nation to the North.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

NO iDP, the UN, the MFM...all are silent, we are left to conclude that girl had it coming by antagonizing the 7th century savages with such heretical notions as real human rights!
