So far AlGore's scheme has survived scruitiny...I wonder why?

Sure as hell beats me considering that trading in carbon units is strictly based in one's imagination of fictional climate change. It's possible that a class action lawsuit could conceivably ruin Gore and his friends by putting the hoax on trial for all to see.
