Firefly on Sale at Amazon

Big Sale on the Firefly series today at Amazon

$19 for Blueray, $14 for DVD
Serenity ( Blueray AND DVD) $9

and Dr Horrible for $8. (No, its not Firefly related except that Nathan Fillion is in it. Its a Musical. It has Neal Patrick Harris too.   I personally like it. but it is odd, and probably not for everyone.  )

I faithfully downloaded Dr Horrible back went it came out and was free.  It is odd--oddly watchable.   :supercool:

Boy is it ever.  Watched it the first time, and it was kinda WTF? But then I felt compelled to watch it again. And Again. Bought the Commentary! soundtrack to go with it too.  also very entertaining.

Yes, but long ago, and never got around to getting a copy on DVD, good entertainment I'll watch more than once.   ::thumbsup::

The movie was written by Joss Whedon, his brothers Zack Whedon and Jed Whedon and writer/actress Maurissa Tancharoen (who is now married to Jed) during a Hollywood "writer's strike"  It features Felica Day (The Guild), Neil Patrick Harris ( Doogie Hauser)  and Nathan Fillian ( Firefly)
Lady V's description of "oddly watchable"  is the best description I have seen of it.

I've been to a live preformance of it at Comic-Con.  Totaly rocked!  Even the audience was singing.
