After watching a few episodes of Parking Wars, it was obvious the parking enforcers were using scanners that read license plates and were verified against a computer database of scofflaws -- within seconds.  So these blue turd cities can get state of the art technology to get money from parking scofflaws but cannot bother to verify the integrity of the voter rolls.

  I watched one of those systems at work in a state trooper car,it is amazingly fast and works all by its self.The only time the trooper looks at it is when it gives an audible alert that it has found something,which could be anything from expired tags to suspended license or tickets and expired insurance.

Only thing chirping out of the mouths of leftards is the encroachment of government into privacy...er...........wait.........never mind.

A little liberty lost at a time and nobody will ever realize where it went. We already have little things to prevent auto theft. Lo-jack, ignition cut off switches etc.... were all designed do it privately and with insurance companies offering discounts to insured but apparently that's to much to ask people to pay for it themselves so gubiment to the rescue.
