I like his choice in hats, usually it's just us older gents sporting flat caps.   ;D   ::thumbsup::

He is obvious more Libertarian in ideology which in itself is not all bad, and he makes some interesting points about freedom and being free, the Left has been too successful in divorcing Founding principles from our schools and institutions and the Fifth Columnists infecting the MFM hive and the Hollywood-Entertainment Cabal have done the rest to destroy our morals and principles.  People have been properly conditioned to accept less and less freedom with each passing day and America is no longer America but Amerkia (or something worse).
We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

I am immediately suspicious of any site that features discussions titled: The Racist Roots Of Zionism

I recognize that he isn't the author but it makes the hair stand up - if you know what I mean.

Usually Libertarians of the hardcore Paulbot variety exhibit that characteristic, whether he is one or not I don't know, but somebody there likely is.  He is clearly Libertarian, and like I said that isn't all bad.  They all might be posting clips under StormCloudsGathering like Tyler Durden at ZeroHedge is a recognized conglomerate of more than one individual.

This guy is of course full on Paul bot, but understanding that bias, he still has interesting things to say. Definitely suffers from the pacifist bent. Yeah, it would be nice if every one was not aggressive, but certain nations always will be because barbarians sense weakness in a pacifistic nation, and are usually right in that analysis. .   Of course I disagree completely about his comparison of abortion and paing for a war -- If that war ends up protecting you, your family, and your property from harm , then yes you should pay for it, and the Constitution IS (supposed to be) a binding contract - and that contract does in fact authorize the collection of taxes for war.  The same logic doesn't apply to abortion. Unless you are going to argue (as freakonmics does) that a bunch of dead unwanted babies also means fewer criminals.. but I notice very few liberals make that argument in defense of public funding of abortion..

He point that you aren't party to the contract of the Constitution because you are born, and Jefferson's argument to that effect are all well and good, but as Madison exaplined- its just not practical. If we had constitutional conventions every 20 years the whole nations structure would be in question, and I can guarnatee you our decline into a socialist cesspot would have been that much faster- as we know only the worst people would have been attracted to those conventions--real people having better things to do and not having just fougt a war for their independence would feel less inclined to make sure those sacrifices counted.

Still worth listening to, if just for another perspective.

I didn't mean to be summarily dismissive of his POV (especially based upon the association with nutburgers at the same site) but only intended to say that I am wary. And I do disagree with his "born a citizen" POV - we are in fact both legally and spiritually (even if we don't recognize it) born Americans.

I wonder how pacifist he would remain if that sweet child next to him were abducted?

I suspect he has the normal Paulbot attitude.. protecting yourself and yours is fine.  Protecting the group as a collectivist action? Oh, that is (categorically) wrong.
