You already know Barack Obama lied to you about ObamaCare, telling his lawyers to claim in court that the charge for failing to buy health insurance was a “tax” — while telling you that it wasn’t.

But that’s not the only deception that was employed.

We were told there were almost 50 million uninsured in this country. We were told the U.S. does worse than countries with socialized medicine on issues like life expectancy and infant mortality, and other measures. In a speech to the AMA, for example, Obama said:

    And yet, for all this spending, more of our citizens are uninsured; the quality of our care is often lower; and we aren’t any healthier. In fact, citizens in some countries that spend less than we do are actually living longer than we do. . . . We are not a nation that accepts nearly 46 million uninsured men, women, and children.

This is only one example of a flood of rhetoric telling us how inferior our health care system is.

The only problem is: it wasn’t true. Let me explain.

Because the Left's trope is our medicine is comparatively poor with regard to costs and outcomes as regards the socialized medicine of other countries, it is useful to have this information to stick up their noses.

Been harping from the get-go that the uninsured were but a pawn to take the industry over and force everyone into one monolithic government run plan, social security on super-steroids.  And yes we were lied to repeatedly, to our faces, by politicians and the asshats in the MFM, and yes we were betrayed by useless pant-wetting GOP leadership who chose not to fight to the death, who chose to rely on a Court that routinely rapes us and a political process that is gamed for the Left and GOP that thinks playing nice and by the rules wins them points and here we are with this abomination in place and no way out in sight and we should wonder why it all happened?   We know why it happened, we know who is at fault, we know what fate awaits them.

And considering that it's now revealed a health plan for a typical family of 4, that satisfies all the mandates of ObamaCare, will cost over $20,000 per year, well, you would think even the densest would realize this is their way of eliminating private health insurance. No one can afford that. Next thing you know the private insurers are out of business and we've got single payer government medicine by default, without ever having to call it that.

They're also now openly discussing the necessity of death panels, even using that name. The rat Paul Krugman was the most recent to do so.

The people of this country are just begging to be taken to the slaughterhouse. Mindless, bleating sheep. It's so frustrating watching this train wreck. People like ourselves can see cause and effect from miles away, but just like a train wreck there's not a thing you can do to stop the inevitable. It looks like the morons of this country are going to get them a good old fashioned genocide.
