I wonder if anyone has bothered to sit her down within the last day and explain to her...
"Let's take a look at the Internet Diana. See, this is a bullet."
"Ohhhhhhh, I see. Mmm-hmmm. OK."
"Now this.... this is a magazine."
"But-bu-but... there's no paper; no pictures."
"It's a different kind of magazine Diana." See, the bullets go in here, like this."
"Ohhhhhhh, I see. Mmm-hmm. OK. But what about the gun part? How does the gun shoot the magazine?"
"It doesn't Diana. The magazine attaches to the gun - like this picture here."
"Ohhhhhhh, I see. Mmm-hmm. OK. And THEN the gun shoots?"
"Yes Diana."
"But-bu-but... what happens when the gun can't shoot anymore magazines? Then you'd have to get new magazines, and if we banned them then... It's not rocket science you know."
"Ugh. Just go do what Pelosi tells you to do."

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
- Thomas Jefferson
