There are a few Prep companies that buy them that way, get the pumps working, do the bare minimum of cleanup and then try to resell them at a huge profit.

   I have nothing to do with it,had I known before I might have looked at it.I don't think this was ever flooded I looked at the pictures yesterday at work and didn't see and watermarks on any of the wall and they haven't been pressure washed as the paint is still flaky on the walls.

Looking at the Google map and zooming in, it appears the main entrance must be off S. Rock Rd, not sure if that helps narrow an address.
