Yes, Obamakov and his ministers know full well the public at large, especially the great unwashed dominating the left side of the political spectrum, are completely ignorant of the ratio of leases to productive wells. In their diseased minds they think they are practically equal. It is the height of cynicism and arrogance for Obamakov to spout his BS and not be called on it.
