Yeah...whole thing stinks to high Heaven...I guess cops don't chase guys for running red lights anymore...maybe I should start testing that on a regular basis...its almost like they were warned to not pursue or track him down until the smoke and flames were called in...almost like...
Right before the 16 second mark you see a bright flash, and that's before the car has impacted anything. Was it a brake light? Or something else?
