Current status of Liberty
« on: June 28, 2013, 11:42:39 AM »
I feel like the value systems we have had for many years,  Faith, Family, Integrity, Honor, & True Freedom are in their last stages of life.  We are in the hold of a Boa Constrictor and with every breath we are a little closer to death of a kind seen many times over in history.

With the decisions of recent days and weeks it seems there is no escape.  I am certainly not a hero, but where are our heros.  Many, some on here have said, soon will be the tipping point.  Well that seems to long have passed.  No one is standing up for anything from where I sit.  People in Boston had their homes invaded and their rights violated for no other reason other than for authorities to test and see if they could do it.  Not one person objected that I have heard of.

Now Gays will become even more in our face every day and true marriage has been kicked to the curb.  Children have no chance to have any kind of balanced upbringing and our values will soon be a thing of the past.  Next will be the supreme court deciding to confiscate all guns.  It will be that simple. Even when government agencies are shown to have broken current laws, there will be no answering for their crimes.  They just ignore everything, moving on to their next objective.

Police and Sheriff law enforcement across the country, which once said they would not enforce unlawful legislation which violates our constitution, are now giving in to the communists.  Every week you see more and more cases where they violate peoples rights

I don't believe we have to worry about any more elections.  I think virtually all our freedoms will be gone before 2016.  Look how fast the conditions in which we all live and work are changing, all without any representation.  By the people and for the people -  I think we can offically put that to bed.

Although on many days I cannot describe my anger, there are many more days I just want to cry.

I'll go down fighting, it is my nature...but something Glock said in another thread a few days ago still rattles around my head...as far as all of the bad scenarios that can befall us...I cannot help but wonder if a species-ending asteroid wouldn't be the more humane ending for mankind?

That pretty much sums it up for me as well.

And the waiting is killing me, for the last shoe to drop, the first shot to be fired -- anything that signifies it's time to not put up with this sh*t any. more.

This will not end with a bang. It will grind on and on downward into a total European socialist utopia, at best.  We who see and think; who stand upright, must reinforce that knowledge within ourselves and others with whom we associate, that the upright be continued.  We will be lucky if..., or maybe associations such as church, Mason's, ...something private that will allow citizens to retain private dignity will be allowed. If not, there will indeed be secret societies.

And the epitaph for the human race shall be, "Well, it wasn't like they were doing anything worthwhile"

I think I good one would be "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

The notion that the hildebeast could serve to represent the end punctuation on the human race makes me sick to my stomach.

Yeah.

But if Hildabeast is first to go perhaps we'll have time to celebrate before the cataclysm reaches us!

That's turning a frown upside down eh?

Yeah, that is about as optimistic as I can get...

My sister likes to needle me from time to time "can't you be more positive"..."sure, I'm positive this will not work they way you want it to"...

What the hell am I supposed to do, lie?
