It's Payback Time: AAG Corey Fires IT Manager

What's the fallout for the Trayvon Martin Show Trial? Asst. AG Angela Corey, a spiteful bitch in her own little world, fires the IT Employee who blew the whistle on the State failing to completely turn over damaging phone records.

Quote
State Attorney Angela Corey fired her office’s information technology director Friday after he testified last month about being concerned prosecutors did not turn over information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

On the same day attorneys finished their closing arguments in that nationally watched trial, a state attorney investigator went to Ben Kruidbos’ home about 7:30 a.m. to hand-deliver a letter stating Kruidbos “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

The letter contended Kruibos did a poor job overseeing the information technology department, violated public records law for retaining documents, and noted he was questioned in March when the office was trying to determine who had leaked personnel information obtained through a computer breach.

BAS, Jeb Bush?  Hasn't been Florida's governor in over six years.  Hell, there's been a governor in between Bush and Scott.  (Scott is the one I blame because he appointed that scrunt Corey in the first place, giving into to racists' demands for social justice or a kangaroo court mob lynching.)

Sorry, I've been all over the place.

Come on, Rick Scott. Fire this bitch.

I feel better now.

In what world does a guy who testifies that his boss at best committed a grave error - and at worst attempted to withhold evidence - get fired by the person on whom he blew the whistle?

These Leftists are emboldened, only because they believe there is no check within the system to stop them from doing whatever the f**k they want to do.

The answer will have to come from outside the system, or tyranny will devolve into hell on earth at the hands of these evil people.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Libiots say whistleblowers shouldn't be harassed.

Libiots say whistleblowers should be fired.

Libiots can say/do whatever they want...and this will continue...until we harass them and set them on fire.

I have never before seen such open hostility toward whistle blowers. At every level they're being prosecuted or fired, as if they're the wrongdoers. And more importantly, they're getting away with it. Where is this vaunted media? Everything is dramatically different once "The Man" is them.

It would seem that being fired right after you testified against your boss is a pretty much open and shut case of violating Whistleblower laws.

It's all about intimidation and setting the standard that deviancy from the Leftist Agenda will NOT be tolerated within the bureaucracy...they don't care about being sued and have to pony up money...it's not like it's their money, right?  They are culling the herd of the disloyal, crap on their agenda and you are gone.  Purity in the ranks, this is how despotism takes root.  The Tree of Liberty is parched, the time to water it draws near.

Payback's a beyotch, bitch:

Exclusive: Fired employee to file lawsuit against Zimmerman prosecutors

By Chris Francescani

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A former employee of Florida State Attorney Angela Corey's office plans to file a whistleblower lawsuit against George Zimmerman's prosecutors, his attorney told Reuters on Tuesday.

The action will put pressure on Corey, who already faces criticism from some legal experts for the unsuccessful prosecution of the case, which led to the acquittal of Zimmerman for shooting unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman's defense has also called for sanctions against her and her prosecution team.

The best thing about the IT guy's lawsuit is that his lawyer worked for Corey but resigned over philosophical differences regarding prosecutions.  He does not like her.  Now I call that retaining a shark with a mission.  When this case gets to court, there should be some real fireworks when he questions Corey (and in a civil suit, she must testify or face contempt of court charges, including possible jail time).

Quote
"We will be filing a whistleblower action in (Florida's Fourth Judicial District) Circuit Court," said Kruidbos' attorney Wesley White, himself a former prosecutor who was hired by Corey but resigned in December because he disagreed with her prosecutorial priorities. He said the suit will be filed within the next 30 days.
