Talk about a red line.  This is the ultimate Rubicon...that the treasonous sludge Obama will sign this appears certain...but if this crap gets ratified it is as clear a declaration of war upon the people of the United States of America one can possibly get!

I had never heard of this case before, but I came upon it in researching this absurd notion that a treaty can somehow bypass the Constitution.
