November's Grid Down Scenario
« on: September 11, 2013, 07:41:04 PM »
Apologies if this is posted elsewhere

but it's on my mind

Quote
On November 13 – 14, 2013, the United States; Canada; and Mexico, along with more than 150 companies and organizations in all three countries, will take part in the GridEx 2013 Preparedness Drill -  one of the largest preparedness drills in our country’s history. They will practice for an event unlike anything this country has ever seen, one experts fear is only a matter of time away from happening.

The drill will look at how the three governments react to the loss of the power grid, and a crippled supply chain that would inevitably follow the event.

this link takes you to document from conference held in March to prepare participants

I don't have any further info on this.

I can tell you that parts of Detroit experienced an extended power outage today and that Boston's Logan Airport had a fire drill today.  Two of the planes used in the 9/11/01 attack took off from Logan.

Thread hijack not intended.

I have seen a bunch of tin foil hat speculation and worry- with nothing solid enough to report here.  Most interesting speculation  concerning it was using a EMP/Blackout as the excuse to reset the financials. Oops sorry. No More power.  And While you are still trying to adjust to that, as a side note, your bank accounts were wiped out too.  But don't worry we are starting everyone fresh with new SDRs (or whatever)  - He of course pinned this to happen on this date - the old Drill turns into real event thing like they did at the Boston Massacre.  I think that unlikely- especially on something so big, but its certainly conditions.  False Flags are essentially events they are trying to plan and have go a certain way, and nothing serves that purpose better than a dress rehearsal. If you believe the tinfoil hats, the two Boston Bombers thought they were participating in such a drill, when (Surprise!)  they were planting real bombs!

So Yeah, the drill will probably happen and it will probably be a huge non-event as far as we are concerned. I note this is billed as the second event ( or at least that is what I am getting from the name) but I don't recall even hearing about the first event.

So yes, this is probably more conditioning under the guise of "readiness"

9/11 is going to be a day everyone pays very close attention to from now on-- as a result the things you notice that day are mostly likely ones you are intended to notice.  The sad fact is, the empire is over. The infrastructure is aging and there are fewer and fewer people able or willing to repair it, and those that try, may not succeed.

IIRC there was something on this last year, but I think it was more of a sit down brainstorm thing.  Isn't 11/13 a Wednesday?  Isn't that a typical EBS 1pm siren test day during 'nado season?

Anyway, it really wouldn't take much to disrupt our aging/overstressed grid.  What is really driving this test I am not sure...I am inclined to agree with Weisshaupt though, there are so many "readiness" ops going on...in my thinking this is just more confirmation that the state knows stuff is about to hit the fan...if they are thowing at the fan as well is an issue up for discussion, but preparing they are.  I'll assume the worst and hope for the best as always, but even the best of a crappy scenario is still, well crappy.
