"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Yeah, that was good.  Would like to have seen something about the real push for Regime change, which if we recall the start of this was Regime change, was needed to get the pipeline the Qatari's & Saudi's want to profit from and which the Euro's want but not enough to ante up their troops and material, besides the American mercenaries are easy to hire.  The baseless charges of war for oil regarding Iraq never was true and still has not materialized, last I checked gas prices are still elevated, and at least Bush had Congressional approval, a broad international backing and a slew of UN (for what that's worth) resolutions...what does Obama have?  The promises of his regime that Assad attacked his own people?  No evidence necessary, trust in Obama, he would never lie to us, right?  Maybe he could scribble that in crayon and release it to the presscorps.  No blood oil.  Yes, we didn't get any oil for our blood in Iraq.  No blood for gas for Europe, how about that?

Even the Neo-Hawks in the Senate are now waffling.

And for arguments sake, let's say Assad used chemical weapons on his civilians, so what?  What strategic interest is it of ours?  Democrats were never moved by Saddam gassing Kurds?  What's changed?  Democrats never intervened in Rwanda?  What's changed?  Thailand?  Burma?  North Korea?  Where is our national interest in Syria?

Obama only has AQ & MB clowns in the so-called "rebel" ranks in Syria and nefarious financial backers in Qatar and the House of Saud on his side...everybody else is giving PeacePrize the middle finger.  This is epic epic failure.

If genocide in foreign lands is going to be the litmus test for going to war, or "limited strikes", or whatever the f*** they want to call it, then we'd better start with Mexico. It could be argued that there is a genocidal war going on, right on the other side of our porous border, and the Leftists don't seem too concerned with that.

Or how about "limited strikes" on sh*tcago?

Good point, failed to mention Mexico, how can I forget the daily carnage going on down there, and the spillover in border states like Texas and Arizona where citizens are afraid to walk their own lands for fear of being accosted by heavily-armed drug-runners and human-trafficking trash!  Landowners have their wells sullied by masses of unwashed illegals, mounds of trash left everywhere.  Oh, not unlike Chitcago or Detoilet!

Yes, the hypocrisy of these leftists is transparent and stunning.

Exactly. If there's any foreign adventurism that might actually be called for to protect American security, it's Mexico. When your own government posts signs warning you to stay out of sovereign American territory fully 80 miles inside our borders, then yeah it's having a definite impact on our security.

As for the Judge, I think Moonbattery said it best when they posted the same video: "Once again, the best thing on TV over the weekend was Obama’s weekly appointment behind Jeanine Pirro’s woodshed"
"The Fourth Estate is less honorable than the First Profession."
