The course made a terrible blunder........but the Facebook crowd, who continue to make threats, need to calm it down.

Sometimes a facebook post with a link will insert a picture "intelligently" - that is to say, some algorithm will read the link and grab a picture from that site that it thinks matches the link. I wonder if that is something like what happened with Esquire.
